Associates and Employees are required to follow all procedures regarding collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in this policy.

All Associated and Employees at one time or another may receive personal, privileged and/or confidential information which may concern other associates, employees, company operations or clients/customers. The purpose of this policy is to preserve the privacy of associates, employees, clients and POMMEN Group, by outlining associate and employee obligations and procedures for dealing with personal, privileged and/or confidential information.

This policy applies to all associates, employees, contractors, subcontractors of POMMEN Group and anyone else who is granted access to personal, privileged and/or confidential information.

Disclosure of applicant information to third parties for hiring purposes may be required. Only information required for hiring purposes may be disclosed.

Information submitted to POMMEN Group via email, fax, web site, telephone, conversation, personal conversation, or other means not stated here may be considered for hiring purposes.

Information submitted to POMMEN Group by any means for hiring purposes constitutes consent by applicants unless otherwise specifically stated by the applicant.

Information for hiring purposes will be retained for up to 10 years unless applicants declare specifically, in writing, that they no longer wish POMMEN Group to consider them for present or future positions.
